Traxxas released a teaser video on their website’s home page a couple days ago. The rumor is that it is going to be a 4wd short course truck. The release date is 10-8-09.
Check it out 1:16 Mini E-Revo and Rock Crawling, Pro-Line now offers you a non-weighted version of the popular Titus wheel. Featuring a new easy to assemble three piece design with die cast bead lock rings and injection molded wheel. Available in either black or chrome with 12mm hex for use with traditional rock crawlers or even the E-Revo 1/16.

Once again Traxxas has came out with a Slash. The 1/16th 4wd Slash comes ready to run with licensed AMS Oil body. It comes with waterproof electronics, a brushless heavy duty drive train (brushless motor sold separately), a Titan 380 motor, and a Revo spec progressive-rate suspension.

In this video RCCA speaks to a Traxxas representative about the new Traxxas Summit Rock Crawler. According to the video the Summit will be hitting the shelves of your local hobby shop by December.
In this video RCCA Magazine speaks to a Pro-Line representative about latest new bodies they have available for the Traxxas Slash and more interestingly a new conversion kit that turns your 1/5 scale HPI Baja 5B buggy into a desert truck. According to the rep the kit includes the Proline Desert Rat body, and a set of larger truck tires that are sized to fit the stock rear wheels of the 5B which are mounted both front and rear. The video also showcases a new set of wheels that Pro-Line has produced for this specific application.

You heard right, Traxxas is planning on producing a 1/16 scale version of the E-Revo powered by a 380 size Velineon brushless system that will propel it up to speeds of 40mph. Traxxas must also be listening to everyone’s demands for an electric version of the Traxxas Slayer because they’re also planning on selling a 1/16 scale “Slayer EX” which will be running a scaled down version of the Revo suspension. Rumor is these will be available by February 2009. More info to come.
