It’s finally here, the Losi Mini-Rock Crawler. Up until this point we were pretty sure the Losi crawler would be a 2.2″ 1/10 design, but it turned out to be a 1/18 scale crawler running 1.9″ wheels! We also have official confirmation that the Mini-Rock Crawler will come ready to run with high torque motor, high torque mini servo, and ESC with drag brake. It’s also running a new body, the “Tuber” named after it’s tube like design. After the jump we’ve got the full specs and many more pictures.

We’ve gotten ahold of more information on the upcoming Losi rock crawler. (Grappler?) According to Losi it will include a ultra lightweight chassis, multi link suspension, metal ring and pinion gears, and a 3 gear transmission. The combination of that description and the pictures we posted yesterday leads us to believe this truck will run a center mounted motor/transmission like most 2.2″ crawlers are running these days. What was most telling is that Losi confirmed the new crawler will come as a RTR with an included high torque motor, ESC, and “vehicle specific” servo. Check back tomorrow for the full story.
Traxxas unveiled an updated Revo 3.3 today. According to Traxxas the new model distinguishes itself with a forward only two speed transmission, single servo steering setup, new body and graphics, new chrome wheels, and more. We’ve got pictures and more specs after the jump!

After massive amounts of speculation Losi has finally admitted that they are in fact building a rock crawler. To go one further they have even set a date in which they’ll unveil it, this Friday. Although there aren’t any official specs yet we’d be willing to bet that the new crawler will include Losi Rock Claw tires, the Losi Grappler body, and the rock crawling shocks that Losi recently started selling. A couple of days ago axial came out with new colors for there links. It easily converts your AX10 Scorpion kit or RTR to any of the 4 aluminum colors available which includes rear hi-clearance links. According to Tamiya USA’s website Tamiya will soon make available a ready to run “Factory Finished” version of the CR01 Land Cruiser. The model will coming completely assembled with your choice of a red or green body, front and rear LED lights, a TEU-302BK electronic speed control, and an Expec TTU-03 radio system. From what we understand these, along with the
